Is the large peacock chair easy to transport?
Yes! The large peacock chair is lightweight and can be transported easily if you have an SUV or truck. The chair comes ready for pickup, and please see the dimensions to help ensure it can fit comfortably in your vehicle without getting damaged. Depending on the date, delivery may be an option; please inquire.
What sizes are the mini arched wicker shelf and pampas grass decor?
We provide detailed dimensions for each rental item, including the mini arched wicker shelf and pampas grass decor. This way, you can plan the transportation and setup accordingly. Both items are perfect for adding that elegant Boho touch to any event!
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Within 24 hours of booking: A full refund is available if you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental date.
After 24 hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable.
What if I can't return my rental on time?
If you are unable to return the rental by the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or text. We’ll do our best to work with you. Please note that a late fee of $50 will apply. This ensures that we have enough time to inspect, clean, and prep the items for the next rental.
