• Full Setup (without the neon sign) – $150

• Peacock Chair + Florals Only – $85

The pampas grass arrangement can be rented with the “Oh Baby” neon sign or you can use your own. The peacock chair can also be rented with or without florals to match your event’s theme.

Welcome to Amber Hale’s Party Rentals, specializing in Boho-themed rentals in the Denver Metro Area! My rentals are perfect for a Boho baby shower, birthday party, bridal shower, and more. Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about my rentals:

1. Is the large peacock chair easy to transport?

   • Yes! The large peacock chair is lightweight and can be transported easily if you have an SUV or truck. The chair comes ready for pickup, and please see the dimensions above to help ensure it can fit comfortably in your vehicle without getting damaged. Depending on the date, delivery may be an option; please inquire.
     

2. What is your cancellation policy?

   • I know that plans can change. Here’s how my cancellation policy works:

     • The deposit you pay to secure your event date is non-refundable under any circumstance.

     • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will be refunded any amount paid outside of the deposit.

     • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, but any additional payment will be refunded.

     • If Amber Hale Party Rentals is unable to fulfill the reservation due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.
       

3. What if I can't return my rental on time?

   • If you are unable to return the rental by the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or text. I’ll do my best to work with you. Please note that a late fee of $50 will apply. This ensures that I have enough time to inspect, clean, and prep the items for the next rental.
     

4. Where are you located?

   • I am based in Littleton, Colorado, near 285 and Quincy, and serve the Denver Metro Area. My Boho-themed rentals, including a large peacock chair, 8ft x 8ft green and white flower wall, and pampas grass event sign decor, are perfect for baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, corporate events, and other special events.

5. What happens if an item is damaged during my event?

   • Items must be used responsibly and protected from damage, theft, or loss. Renter is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.

   • This includes, but is not limited to: spills, stains, melted wax, odors, water damage, chips, cracks, or tears.

   • Amber Hale Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur while using the rental items.
